Julie Briggs RN, BSN, MHA is the Medical Management RN Coordinator for the Providence Health Plan in Portland, OR and spent 14 years as Director of Emergency/Ambulatory Treatment Center at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA.
