Critics Review

‘Jonathan Murphy’s overview of the greatest story ever told is understandable, accessible, and wonderfully encouraging.’ * Alistair Begg Bible Teacher on Truth for Life *‘Our world is in love with any and every story–Toy Story, Love Story, Success Story, Short Story, End of Story. But there’s one story that’s unrivaled and unequaled–God’s Story. This book will lead you on an exciting adventure, accurately tracking and tracing this seamless story from start to finish in an accessible and appealing style.’ * Dr. Mark Hitchcock Senior Pastor, Faith Bible Church (Edmond, OK) and Research Professor of Bible Exposition, Dallas Theological Seminary *‘This book traces the biblical story line from Genesis to Revelation told in a readable and intriguing way that interweaves the biblical narrative with more recent illustrations from history and real life. I found myself looking forward to each of the sections as the larger story unfolded, moving toward the great climax of the book of Revelation.’ * Erwin W. Lutzer Pastor Emeritus, Moody Church (Chicago) *‘With the heart of a shepherd and the mind of a scholar, Jonathan Murphy has done what many aspire to but few achieve. He has traced the grand narrative of Scripture with interpretive precision, theological depth, and pastoral warmth. In a world where we often clutch our favorite Bible verses like scattered puzzle pieces, Murphy invites us to step back and behold the breathtaking panorama of God’s redemptive story. A story that is rich, real, raw, and includes us!’ * Dr. Bernie A. Cueto Associate Professor of Biblical & Theological Studies, Palm Beach Atlantic University and Teaching Pastor at Family Church Gardens (West Palm Beach, FL) *
