About The Author

Jonas Ebbesson

Jonas Ebbesson is Professor of Environmental Law, former Dean of the Faculty of Law (2012–17), and Director of the Stockholm Environmental Law and Policy Centre at Stockholm University in Sweden. He is former Chair (2011–21) and Member (2005–21) of the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee.

David Langlet is Professor of Environmental Law at Uppsala University, former Professor of Ocean Governance Law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden and former Research fellow at Oxford University, UK. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Nordic Environmental Law Journal and Member of the Board of the Stockholm Environmental Law and Policy Centre.
