Jon Kabat-Zinn
Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, is professor of medicine emeritus and the founder of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
