Lori Shutter, MD, FNCS, FCCM, is the Vice Chair of Education in the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. She is also a Professor of Critical Care Medicine, Neurology, and Neurosurgery, as well as the Director of Neurocritical Care Fellowship Training Program and Medical Director of the Neurovascular and Neurotrama Intensive Care Units (ICU).Bradley J. Molyneaux, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Neurology and Critical Care Medicine in the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
