Rocky Mountain Night Before Christmas

He sends his reindeer off to bed and chooses eight cows to pull his sleigh instead. When Santa overlooks the shivering calf, Sugar Lump raises his voice to let Santa know he can pull the sleigh. A hoarse Santa appreciates the calfs strong voice and invites him into the sleigh to command the cows.

Salima Alikhan has created covers and interior illustrations for Kahani and Confetti magazines. She collaborated with the Fernbank Science Center in Atlanta, Georgia, to turn her award-winning artwork into a planetarium show.
