Jocko Willink is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, author and podcaster. He co-authored Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win, The Dichotomy of Leadership and the Way of the Warrior Kid series. Jocko also hosts the top-rated Jocko Podcast and co-founded Echelon Front, a leadership consulting company, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer, leadership instructor, speaker and strategic adviser. Jocko is the recipient of the Silver Star, the Bronze Star and numerous other personal and unit awards. Leif Babin served nine years as a Navy SEAL.
