About the Author

Joanna Jarvis is a musician, singer, songwriter, and storyteller. Joannahas been writing most of her life. She is the mother of three, grandmother of nine, with several adopted children of her "heart". She lives in Digby County, NS with her husband, Pat- a carver and maker of African drums. Together, they perform and teach drumming and collaborate on what they call Drum-Song Stories.
