About the Author
Jo Kellett is an aromatherapist and massage instructor based in Brighton, UK. She received her Diploma of Holistic Aromatherapy from the Tisserand Institute, has run a practice at London's Portland Hospital, and now teaches at Neal's Yard Remedies and the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy.
