About The Author
Jo Gambi
Jo Gambi was already an experienced mountaineer when she met and married Rob, an Australian who had never climbed before. In 2005 she entered the Guinness World Records, and currently still holds the record as the woman with the fastest time to climb the ‘Seven Summits’. She is also the only English woman alive to have climbed Everest’s more difficult and daunting North Ridge. Rob is now in remission from stomach cancer. They are currently living in West London.
