Divided into two sections - At the Party (small bites; crowd pleasers; BBQs & burgers; special meals; cocktails), and After Party (breakfast, brunch & comfort food), Social Eats is packed with delicious recipes that put the fun back into cooking - including build-your-own burgers, lamb lollipops with mint sauce dip and the ultimate seafood buffet, as well as an ice cream factory, boozy chocolate shakes and blueberry & basil mojitos. Jimmy Garcia is not a man who does things by halves. He started by cooking elaborate fivecourse meals for his university friends, expanded his culinary knowledge by catering for Arabic royalty on yachts for three summers, and then launched his pop-up ventures where his impressive skills have gained him a wide and dedicated following.
About the Author
Jimmy Garcia can be found cooking at various pop-ups throughout London, with previous locations including Clapham, Brixton and Stratford. His latest, The Lodge, will be serving up fondues, hot cocktails and a selection of his signature dishes.
