Jerry Cuomo
Jerry Cuomo is a retired IBM Fellow with over 38 years of experience as a software innovator and open-source advocate. He currently lectures at North Carolina State University and leads Wild Ducks, LLC, where he consults, develops, and secures intellectual property in trustworthy AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity.
Jerry holds more than 100 U.S. patents, including the widely used “Someone is typing…” indicator found in instant messaging applications. He is the author of the “Think” series, featuring Think Blockchain and Think Artificial Intelligence, and co-author of Blockchain for Business and The Art of Automation.
Jose De Jesos
Jose De Jesos is the CTO of AI & Automation for IBM’s Technology Expert Labs and a Distinguished Architect. With over 30 years of industry experience since joining IBM in 1997, he is a published author and speaker. Jose currently leads the Business Automation Manager Open Edition practice for IBM’s Technology Expert Labs, guiding clients in implementing AI and automation solutions, from business process optimization to integration with watsonx technologies and intelligent automation.
