As a multi-disciplinary artist, writer and filmmaker, her work explores myth, plant neurobiology and interspecies communication. Raxenne Maniquiz is a graphic designer and illustrator from the Philippines. Her work depicts flora and fauna with deep, painterly strokes and brilliant contrasts. In 2021 she won the prestigious Young Gun award - an international competition that identifies and celebrates young creatives.
