As photographer Jeff Friesen has proved, the answer is a whole lot of awesome.” —Huffington Post“LEGO and world-famous street artist Banksy have collided in a new product that takes everything you love about the latter’s work, and literally builds on it.” —FastCoCreate“Photographer Jeff Friesen combines two seemingly disparate pop culture obsessions—LEGO and street art—to create a project guaranteed to go viral.” —Artnet News“Friesen cleverly reimagines Banksy’s world-renowned images, giving them a considerable clean up. When placing the originals in a more light-hearted context, the subversive artworks are subverted themselves in a tongue-in-cheek fashion. For Friesen, it’s all about getting a good laugh.” —Mashable“Photographer Jeff Friesen and his seven-year-old daughter June build recreations of Banksy’s playful paintings out of the [LEGO] toys, and take pictures of their versions which have caught the attention of art lovers across the Internet.” —TODAY.com“All of the scenes that Friesen created were inspired by a Banksy artwork, but then, they’ve been given some very unexpected twists. Friesen infused each scene with his own funny sense of humor.” —My Modern Met“What happens when you put LEGO bricks and some of street artist Banksy’s most iconic works together?
