Jane Smith

Jane Smith is an author and librarian with a deep passion for Australian history, especially bushrangers. Since 2014, she has published thirteen books on the subject. Her works have garnered award nominations from the ABIA and CBCA, receiving glowing national reviews, indicating that her fascination with Australian history resonates with children, parents, and teachers.

In 2015, her book Captain Thunderbolt from the popular Australian Bushranger series was shortlisted for an ABIA Award.
