About the Author

Jaime Bonache is Professor of Management at University Carlos III of Madrid (Spain) and Visiting Professor of Esade Business School (Barcelona, Spain). His academic production includes around thirty articles in international peer-reviewed academic journals and three books, including Managing the Global Workforce (co-authored with Paula Caligiuri and David Lepak, 2010). Chris Brewster is Professor of International Human Resource Management at Henley Business School, University of Reading. He has been involved as author or editor in the publication of more than 30 books, including Working Internationally: Expatriation, Migration and Other Global Work (co-authored with Yvonne McNulty, 2019), as well as more than 100 book chapters and over 200 articles. Fabian Jintae Froese is Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Goettingen, Germany, Editor-in-Chief of Asian Business & Management, and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Human Resource Management. His research has been published in more than 50 journal articles.
