About The Author
Jafar Ghazanfarian
Jafar Ghazanfarian is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Zanjan, Iran. He earned his PhD and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran, and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran, Iran.
Dr. Ghazanfarian has authored over 45 WOS-indexed journal papers, presented at 40 conferences, and contributed to 2 book chapters. He is also the author of the textbook Applied Continuum Mechanics for Thermofluids (CRC Press, 2024).
He leads the “Complex Heat and Flow Simulation (CHFS)” research group and is an active member of several committees, including the Planning and Achievement Monitoring Committee of the Iranian Society of Engineering Education and the Education Committee of Zanjan’s Building Engineering Organization. Dr. Ghazanfarian has also delivered a TEDx talk exploring the intersection of Mathematics and Art.
