Koume Sato and Kosuke Isobe are two teenagers living in a sleepy Japanese seaside town. After getting used and dumped by her boyfriend, the emotionally damaged Koume decides to start a relationship with Kosuke, without any emotions involved. However, they both soon discover that sex with no strings attached often leads to unexpected complications, not just for themselves but also the people around them.
Inio Asano, a bona fide earthling, was born in Ibaraki, Japan in 1980. In 2001 his short story "Uchuu kara Konnichiwa" (Hello from Outer Space) won the 1st Sunday GX rookie prize. Later GX published his series "Subarashii Sekai" (What a Wonderful World!). His other works include "Hikari no Machi" (City of Light), "Nijigahara Holograph", "solanin" and "Oyasumi Punpun".
