About The Author
Hopscotch Girls
Hopscotch Girls is a social enterprise created by a mom frustrated by the typical pink/princess/beauty gifts available for girls. Best known for the Amazon bestseller, I Am Confident, Brave & Beautiful: A Coloring Book for Girls, Hopscotch Girls believes it should be easier to find products for girls that build confidence and self-esteem, combat stereotypes, and are fun.
Hopscotch Girls makes products designed to inspire and empower girls. The company’s coloring, stickers, and activity books are perfect for girls aged 3 to 12. And as they expand into the world of fiction, Hopscotch Girls is the go-to brand for tweens and families raising strong girls.
Kathryn Holmes is the author of the Class Critters chapter book series and is the co-author (with MarcyKate Connolly) of the middle-grade novel The Thirteenth Circle. She has also published two young adult novels. Kathryn grew up in Maryville, Tennessee, and now lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband, daughter, and piles upon piles of books. A graduate of The New School’s MFA in Creative Writing program, she works as a freelance dance journalist, among other writing gigs.
Luna Valentine is a Polish children’s book illustrator. She has been drawing her whole life and began sharing her passion with the world in 2019. When she’s not illustrating her next book, she spends all her time with her 3 rabbits: Donatello, Mosser, and Peach, who often steal and hide her pencils.
