About The Author

Helene Roche

Helene Roche began her studies in veterinary science before discovering a fascination for ethology and going on to complete a master’s degree in biology and in applied ethology, specializing in horse behavior. Her goal now is to transmit knowledge in ethology to non-scientists in the equestrian environment. Since 2007 she has traveled throughout her home country of France and abroad to train those who work with horses, whether industry professionals or recreational horse owners, to incorporate scientific knowledge of horses and equine behavior in their interactions. She is the author of several books.
