Summary
Unveiling Complexity: Algorithmic Information Dynamics
Biological systems are intricate networks of interacting components. Reconstructing causal relationships and fundamental principles from noisy and incomplete data presents a significant challenge in systems biology. This book introduces Algorithmic Information Dynamics, a model-driven approach to understanding and manipulating dynamical systems.
Drawing upon tools from network and systems biology, information theory, com…
