Gretchen Kinnell is the assistant director of the Child Care Council of Onondaga County (Syracuse), New York. She has logged thousands of hours training people who work with young children in programs such as child care centers, nursery schools, family child care settings, Head Start, and public-school preschool programs. A former special education teacher, preschool teacher, and adult education teacher, Gretchen is the author of Good Going: Successful Potty Training for Children in Child Care.
