About the Author
Gordon S. Dickson was born not far from Inverness, Scotland, but left there soon after when the family returned to Northern Ireland. He was educated in secondary and grammar school up to 'A' Level. He was employed in the Civil Service for several years and is now retired. Venturing into writing, he has had several books published. He enjoys reading, mainly historical fiction, and watching soccer and snooker.
