This book could not be more relevant or useful. – William Ury * New York Times bestselling Author of Getting to Yes, Co-founder of the Harvard Program on Negotiation and the International Negotiation Network with Jimmy Carter *Dr. Slutkin is revolutionizing the field entirely.
