Frances Star Graham
Frances Star Graham is a private vegan chef, plant-based educator, quantum sound healer, and qigong instructor. From 2009 to 2014—from the ages of 32 to 37—she was bedridden three months per year and struggled with chronic pain and fatigue related to four serious autoimmune diseases: Sjogren’s, Hashimoto’s, Scleroderma, and Raynaud’s syndrome.
In 2013, Frances had a near-death experience while going through a routine medical procedure. After this fight or flight situation, she went searching for ways to heal herself. This journey began through practicing qigong, tai chi, meridian stretching, tapping, and other healing modalities. After a year, she was able to regenerate her thyroid gland to normal size after losing 40% of the entire gland due to Hashimoto’s disease. Two years later, after converting to a plant-based diet along with regular qigong classes, Frances was in remission with only mild symptoms, and she was no longer bedridden or experiencing chronic fatigue.
Currently, Frances teaches weekly qigong classes and has a thriving career as a private vegan chef and quantum sound healer.
Frances lives with her husband of 21 years and son who is in his second year of college. She has one daughter who lives in Arizona and is an amazing cook. She is originally from Springfield, Illinois, and she enjoys taking her homestyle way of eating from the Midwest and transforming those dishes into vegan comfort food. She currently loves to hike and travel the world in her spare time.
Supporting others on their journey through self-healing is her life mission.
