Dr. Gordon Walker is an award-winning speaker, science communicator, author, and social media star (FascinatedByFungi). He has a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology from UC Davis where his research focused on the microbial ecology of wine fermentations, bioprocess control, and yeast genetics.
