“Erin O’Brien is known for her simple, tasty recipes that solve the nightly debacle of what to make for dinner. That’s where Dig In! comes in… From classics like meatballs and marinara to centerpiece-worthy orange blossom olive oil cake, this cookbook has a collection of go-to dishes that you’ll feel comfortable returning to again and again.”—Forbes, Best Cookbooks of Spring 2026“I thought that I was the queen of comfort food, but after reading Dig In!, I’m more than happy to share the crown with Erin! From cozy appetizers to perfect pastas and irresistible desserts, these are more than just recipes—they’re edible hugs.”—Dan Pelosi (aka GrossyPelosi), New York Times bestselling author of Let’s Party“Erin’s debut cookbook is everything we love about her: delicious food, vibrant energy, and creativity rooted in her Mexican heritage and Southern California upbringing. Her recipes work just as well for busy weeknights as they do for entertaining. From her Famous Brown Butter Lemon Chicken to Nana’s Cure-All Fideo, these are dishes you’ll cook on repeat all year long. The best part? Every recipe comes with thoughtful wine pairings, reminding us to slow down, savor, and enjoy the simple pleasures of good food and good company.”—Alex Snodgrass, New York Times bestselling author and creator of The Defined Dish“I love food that brings people together, and this book does exactly that. Erin’s recipes are full of heart—comforting, fun, and the kind you’ll want to make again and again. Reading it feels like being invited to her family table, and I’m glad I came hungry.”—Phil Rosenthal, New York Times bestselling author and host of Somebody Feed Phil“Dig In! is packed with the kind of recipes you’ll actually want to cook—comforting, classic, and ridiculously delicious. And as if the recipes weren’t enough, there’s a carefully and expertly selected wine pairing for each one! Erin keeps it simple and approachable, with recipes that have been loved in her family for generations (and will quickly become your family’s greatest hits, too). These are the dishes you’ll cook for friends, pass down to family, and never get tired of eating.”—Carissa Stanton, New York Times bestselling author of Seriously, So Good“Erin’s first cookbook is absolutely stunning. Every page is filled with beauty, inspiration, and the kind of recipes that make you want to linger in the kitchen. I couldn’t be more excited for her!”—Gaby Dalkin, New York Times bestselling author and founder of What’s Gaby Cooking“Every recipe in Dig In! is vibrant, fresh, and full of flavor. What I love most is Erin’s approach: it’s warm and inviting, and makes cooking feel exciting rather than intimidating. This is the kind of cookbook that will live on your counter, not your bookshelf—because once you start, you will not want to stop digging in.”—Kylie Sakaida, New York Times bestselling author of So Easy So Good
