Ann-Marie Montou brings 18 years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine, including over a decade in operational and learning & development leadership roles. She currently serves as a Regional Operations Director for Southern Veterinary Partners, where she oversees a dynamic portfolio of hospitals across multiple states. Known for her servant leadership style and people-first mindset, Ann-Marie has a proven track record of transforming hospital cultures, developing high-performing teams, and driving strategic growth. Her career has spanned everything from front-line clinical roles to direct regional oversight of more than 30 hospitals, where she has led initiatives in team development, financial turnaround, compliance, and culture resetting.
