Eetu Niemi, MSc (Econ.), PhD, is an enterprise architecture (EA) consultant, author, and speaker with over 15 years of experience in supporting organizations in developing their EA practices, creating comprehensive architecture descriptions, and realizing tangible benefits. Based in Finland, he has worked at leading firms such as CGI and Accenture, supporting over 30 client organizations across various industries.
Eetu holds a PhD in information management and logistics from Tampere University of Technology, where his dissertation focused on EA benefit realization, and a master’s degree in information systems from University of Jyväskylä. He is the author of Kokonaisarkkitehtuuri – Oppaasi organisaation muutosmatkalla, the first Finnish book on EA, and has published two English-language books on IT consulting. His portfolio also includes academic articles, journalistic contributions, and creative works. As a frequent speaker at industry events, Eetu is known for making EA accessible and demonstrating its practical applications in organizational transformation.
