Critics Review
As the oldest person to complete an Ironman triathlon (at age 74), Eddie is testament that it’s never too late to start. This inspiring book is a look back over her life, its ups and downs and how she used these to fuel her enthusiasm for life, health and fitness. Her chatty style is so engaging as she shares how she got where she is today, from her childhood with a grandmother who cooked for Winston Churchill, to losing her husband to cancer and nourishing a close relationship with her children. A truly inspiring read for any age! * Outdoor Fitness *
