About The Author
Eduardo Mendoza
Eduardo Mendoza was born in Barcelona in 1943. He studied Law and worked as an UN interpreter in the United States for nine years. He has won many awards for his fiction, including the Planeta Prize and the European Book Prize for his novel An Englishman in Madrid, and the Cervantes Prize and the Princess of Asturias Award for Literature for his whole body of work.
