Executive Director of the DVMS Institute, dedicated to helping organizations create, protect, and deliver digital business value through innovative programs and guidance. Drawing on experience from his years on U.S. Navy submarines, where he mastered complex systems and high-performance teamwork, Dave transitioned to a successful career in software development and service delivery. In 2000, he co-founded itSM Solutions, delivering service management training to Fortune 500 companies. In 2015, his team launched the award-winning NIST Cybersecurity Framework training scheme.
