About The Author
Dr Sophie Mort
Dr. Soph holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s in neuroscience, and a doctorate in clinical psychology. She is one of the few clinical psychologists globally who actively brings psychology out of the therapy room. Since 2018, she has assisted thousands in managing their emotional well-being by sharing her psychological expertise on Instagram, her blog, and through her online private practice.
