Dr Sophie Mort
Dr Soph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Neuroscience, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She is one of a select few clinical psychologists globally who actively brings psychology beyond the traditional therapy setting. Since 2018, she has assisted thousands in managing their emotional well-being by sharing her psychological expertise on Instagram, her blog, and through her online private practice. Dr Soph is a recognized expert for the mindfulness app Happy Not Perfect and has been featured in prominent global publications such as Vice Magazine, Girlboss, Psych Central, and Teen Vogue. A Manual for Being Human is her debut book.
