Dr Sabina Brennan
Sabina Brennan (PhD., C.Psychol., PsSI) is a health psychologist, neuroscientist, and author of four Irish Times best-sellers:
- 100 Days to a Younger Brain (2019)
- Beating Brain Fog (2021)
- The Neuroscience of Manifesting (2024)
- Still Me - A neuroscientist’s guide to caring for someone with dementia
Dr. Brennan directed a dementia research program at Trinity College Dublin for several years. She is a passionate advocate for people with neurological conditions and their carers, serving on several advocacy and advisory committees, including The All Party Parliamentary Group on Longevity in the United Kingdom.
