Dr Malcolm Alexander
Dr. Malcolm Alexander graduated from Edinburgh University in 1980 with the singular ambition of becoming a General Practitioner. His career path diverged, leading him to become Medical Director for Orkney Health Board. He concluded his professional life after an eleven-year tenure as Associate Medical Director for the Scottish National Telephone Triage service, NHS 24. Ultimately, he returned to direct patient care in his local GP practice on one of Scotland’s islands. He resides in a historic Victorian home on the Isle of Bute.
