This resource, Book 3 in a series of three, deals with the use and application of basic punctuation. It is written at an approximate reading level of years 8-9, with more challenging activities than Books 1 and 2. Depending on the level of the student, it can be used following the completion of Book 2 to reinforce skills, or as a standalone resource. Book 3 provides: a progression of punctuation skills, exercises for skills practice and development, summary pages for revision and reference, and blackline masters for multiple use.Using these materials, tutors can provide: focus and goals, modeling sessions, practice and feedback. This resource can be used for: individual or small group lessons, individual practice and revision, and take home practice. Lessons can be used: in the sequence they appear in the book, as starters for a focus on one of the skills, to collect baseline information for individual students, as pre- or post-tests, before or after the study of a particular skill.
