What They're Saying
Critics Review
This comprehensive revised edition masterfully combines ethics, law and cultural awareness in clinical practice. An indispensable guide for modern nursing and midwifery education. * Thomas Matthew, Lecturer in Nursing, La Trobe University, Australia *Its consistent format, real-world case examples and alignment with decision-making frameworks makes it a valuable resource for engaging undergraduate nursing and midwifery students. * Naomi Howell, Associate Lecturer in Nursing, University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia *This book provides a clear and thoughtful introduction to healthcare law and ethics for Australian nursing and midwifery students. It presents strong theoretical foundations for complex principles and supports application to practice through realistic examples and clinical case studies. It is an excellent resource for undergraduate teaching. * Lauren Lines, Senior Lecturer in Nursing, Flinders University, Australia *I don’t recommend any other texts as this one covers both law and ethics. It covers them in an easy to engage with manner, and the focus is on safe and appropriate practice for nurses and midwives. * Matt Mason, Praise for the second edition, Lecturer in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedicine, University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia *
