Dr Christina Mars was born in the UK and studied Medicine at University College London, worked in London and Winchester and then went on to study General Practice (Family Medicine) in Oxford, England. She worked a as Family Doctor in Central London until the family moved to Los Angeles in 2008. Christina was propelled to start writing about parenting, to help and advise fellow parents in this complicated and ever-changing journey, using her knowledge as a Doctor and her experience raising her three children who are currently 20, 16 and 11. Her family and parenting are the most important focus of her life but she also enjoys hiking, reading, tennis, music and socialising with family and friends.
