PRODUCT INFORMATION

Description

This book addresses diplomacy and laws pertaining to Iran as roman law principles and international laws and is based on them. It is presented as four main key chapters, as prudentia, imprudentia, dolus malus as key doctrines, and how these as concepts work on roman legal reforms in the modern context, in the first to last chapter, as seen in the treaty formation, constitution and application of the JCPOA between the USA and Iran. These are more impressionist works rather than a purist academic treatise, it is more conceptual as maxima conceptus and minima, and expounds on the legal principle of roman doctrines, and the consequences of treaty application of JCPOA for Iran, when it is enabled. The second chapter is based on the Latin expression casus belli, meaning an event that engages Iran with Russia and provokes them both to justify ending a civil war in Syria literally and metaphorically, and how they make this case, as casus belli comes into play and involves both Russia and Iran as two main key players acting out diplomacy and laws in an international arena such as Syria in the Arabian peninsula. The poetical expressions explore the thinking and philosophies on a day to day basis in a modern Damascus, where both nations under their leaders are compelled to follow through and save it from a catastrophic fall. This is more than a legal treatise and explores key seminal events, as casus belli doctrine in Syria. Finally the final part of the book presents Iran, Arabia and African laws and diplomacy which hinge on the exploration of oil and gas through this vast arena, and where principles of laws, norms and philosophy come to the fore and from which no derogation is permitted as corporate, company, national laws, legislation and humanitarian laws. Iran is forced to engage with these as is Africa before her, then Arabia and now the Iranian nation one of the richest with gas reserves in the world. The book contains a philosophical slant as expressed on the wars in Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq and spilling as far, as China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan.

The diplomacy and laws of Iran with each nation USA and Russia are evidenced as mutually explosive; one, hostile and another aligned and friendly to her cause and development through gas exploration, marking as a way forward to develop Iran post the enlightenment of the Persian empire, as one in a place of darkness and destitution.
