About The Author
Donato Cinicolo
Donato Cinicolo is a professional photographer with a lifelong passion for crafting. Born in a small Appeninean village in Italy, he began building toys from scrap wood at a young age. Later, living in a 17th-century building requiring constant upkeep, he learned traditional skills like wattle and daub plastering. He found this both enjoyable and satisfying, leading him to build bespoke structures for neighbors. Employing traditional carpentry and foraging, Donato has built over a dozen sheds, three of which are in his own back garden. He lives in St Albans, and this book was written in one of those sheds!
