Defence Widows Support Group
The Defence Widows Support Group (DWSG) is a sub-group of the ACT Branch of the Defence Force Welfare Association (DFWA). The DFWA was founded to promote the interests of serving and former members of the Australian Defence Force.
The DWSG’s aim is to provide immediate and effective advice to defence widows and widowers, independent of any government agency. This group consists of energetic and proactive women who have produced this collection of stories to recognize the contributions of Defence Services members and their families. This book has the full support of the Defence Force Welfare Association.
