About The Author

Debbie Oelke

Debbie Oelke was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the age of twenty-five but did not experience any disability for the next eighteen years. She now encounters life in a wheelchair. Having experienced rapid disease progression, she has learned to cling tightly to the Lord for sustenance. Debbie thoroughly enjoys small-town life in Kansas with her husband and three children.

Kayla Gallaway is a homegrown Kansas artist whose goal is to reflect Christ in her art, her actions and her attitude. She loves to find beauty in small, quiet moments and share it with others through watercolor painting and graphic design. When not being artsy, Kayla enjoys adventuring with her husband and being a “cat mom.”
