About The Author
David Mossop
David Mossop has been a judge of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory since 2017. Between 2013 and 2017 he was the Associate Judge of that court. He was an Australian Capital Territory magistrate and coroner between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that he practised at the Australian Capital Territory Bar from 1998 to 2011. He was admitted to practise as a solicitor in 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Laws (Public Law) from the Australian National University.
