David Malouf
David Malouf is one of Australia’s most celebrated writers. He is the author of poems, fiction, libretti and essays. His novel Remembering Babylon was awarded the first International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and was shortlisted for the Booker Prize. Among other honours, in 2000 he was selected as the sixteenth Neustadt Laureate, in 2008 he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature and in 2011 he was shortlisted for the Man Booker International Prize.
