About The Author
David Houseley
David Houseley and Philip Houseley organized Ipswich Town’s European tours during the 1970s and 1980s, as the Supporters Club’s official travel agents. David was managing director of Anglia Tours, the club’s appointed tour operator. He earned a reputation for meticulous attention to detail for Town’s European journeys, before and during each away leg. Philip served as chairman of Ipswich Town Supporters for fifteen years. As a local radio commentator, he covered several Town games.
