Harvey is having a bad mathc. It's too hot. The Team can't score and then when they do the ref says it wasn't a goal. Harvey gets so angry he tells the ref he isn't doing his job properly...then Harvey gets is first ever red card. He has to leave the field. he won't be able to play in next week's Cup Final. And the worst punishment of all is - he has to go to referee school!
About the Author
David Bedford was born in devon, in the south-west of England in 1969. David wasn’t always a writer. Frist he was a football player. He played for two teams: Appleton FC and Sankey Rangers. Although there weren’t the worst teams in the league, they never won anything! After school, David Went to University and became a scientist. His first job was in America, where he worked on discovering new antibiotics. David has always loved to read and decided to start writing himself. After a while, he left his job as a scientist and began writing full-time. His novel and picture books have been translated into many languages around the world.
