DEAN is Professor of Law at Boston University Law School, United States, and is a member of the board of the National Tax Association. Steven graduated from Yale Law School and practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton and Cravath, Swaine & Moore. GIEDRE LIDEIKYTE HUBER is Assistant Professor of Tax Law at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and a Researcher at the Swiss National Science Foundation.
