About The Author

Curse Mackey

Curse Mackey is a musician, writer, and multidisciplinary artist based in Austin, Texas. He has performed and collaborated internationally with acts such as Pigface, My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult, Clan of Xymox, and David J of Bauhaus/Love and Rockets. His visual art has been exhibited in London, Osaka, New York City, Los Angeles, and Mexico City. He is the co-author of the books Rides of Passage and DRAW. Mackey previously served as Director of Marketing for a major guitar brand before founding Cool Molecule, an agency focused on music, art, and production projects.

Cliff Hensley is a multimodal author and award-winning filmmaker. He is the Editor-in-Chief of indie publishing house Subtle Body Press, which he co-founded. Hensley edits the short fiction anthology series Body Shots and its novella-focused sister series Body Lines, and is Co-Editor of Seecn Story Hotel (7SH). His most recent authorial work, the macabre horror “prose LP” Now You See, was released in 2022 through Shiloh House Press, with a new novel forthcoming. Cliff has also written for the tabletop roleplaying game Shadowrun and created third-party adventures for Mörk Borg.
