About The Author
Corinne Duyvis
Corinne Duyvis is the award-winning, critically acclaimed author of the YA sci-fi/fantasy novels Otherbound, On the Edge of Gone, and The Art of Saving the World. She is also the author of the upcoming YA sci-fi novel #VIRAL and the original Marvel prose novel Guardians of the Galaxy: Collect Them All. Corinne hails from the Netherlands and is passionate about representation in literature, especially disabled characters, and is the originator of the #ownvoices hashtag.
Linda Ely is the author of Gunslinger Girl, a YA genre-bent dystopian Western, and Overwatch: Deadlock Rebels. She spent her teenage years wanting to be a comic book artist, but as it turned out, she couldn’t draw very well, so she began writing novels instead. She is a geek, a foodie, an avid convention-goer, and has never met an antique shop or flea market she didn’t like. Boston is the place she currently calls home, though she wouldn’t mind giving Paris a try someday.
Justin “Groot” is a senior narrative designer at Blizzard Entertainment. He specializes in reactive voice line systems, Junkrat, and rock climbing. As an author, his proudest accomplishment is the Forest trilogy, set on an alternate-universe Earth with forests instead of oceans. He needs a literary agent. Currently, Justin lives in Los Angeles with his lovely fiancée and two ridiculous cats.
Gavin Jurgens-Fyhrie is a lead designer at Blizzard Entertainment. He has written short stories for Overwatch, StarCraft, Warcraft, and Diablo, and contributed wondrous things—and terrible things—to Diablo II. His other projects include Horizon: Zero Dawn, Torment: Tides of Numenera, Wasteland III, Baldur’s Gate 3, and more. Currently, he is leading the Overwatch narrative design team and will continue to do so until someone defeats him in ritual combat.
